Vidya Vikas is Lead- Inhouse Patent Drafting Services team at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. She is an Electrical Engineer with Masters in Intellectual Property Law and an Indian Patent Agent with close to two decades of industry experience working in India and the US in Corporate, Start-up and Law Firm environment. Vidya has been a part of the Patent team in TCS for the last six years and drives the Patent Drafting Services to support the TCS IP Management Strategy ( IP4.0™). She actively supports initiatives for adopting intelligent automation and agile digitization of in-house strategic IP activities.
