Stuti holds a degree in software engineering and law. She has an extensive experience in representing software and telecom giants across the globe in their IP, strategizing and advising in entire spectrum of patent drafting, prosecution, revocations, oppositions, appeals, claim chart analysis, injunction and infringement and, making appearances at the Patent office, Intellectual property Appellate Board and the Court of Law. She has also conducted Induction programs for Judges of the High Court and District Courts in India’s IPR policy and has delivered lectures at various universities, start-ups, research and financial institutions to increase awareness of protection in building patent implemented inventions. She is affiliated to Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), Asia Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) which discusses issues relating to IPR across the globe.
