Shekhar Guha serves as the Head of Intellectual Property Core Services at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In this role, he is responsible for providing IP services, enhancing IP capability, and driving thought leadership within the organization. He focuses on IP protection, promotion, monetization, compliance, and safety. Shekhar also has previous experience as a P&L owner for large accounts and possesses expertise in data management and business intelligence. He holds Bachelor's degrees in Instrumentation and Electronics, as well as in Mathematics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
