Saurabh Anand, Senior Legal Counsel for Intellectual Property and Technology Law at Akamai Technologies, has been practicing since June 2013. He gained experience through independent practice and as an off-counsel for an IP law firm before joining Singh and Singh Law Firm LLP as an Associate. He later moved to K&S Partners and then to Bengaluru as a Senior Associate. Saurabh has handled litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, privacy breaches, and trade secret misappropriation. He has also provided assistance on national and international regulatory frameworks in areas such as Intellectual Property Laws, Contractual laws, Environmental Laws, Privacy laws, Anti-trust Laws, Foreign Trade Policy, Customs, National Biodiversity Laws, and Drug Regulatory. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in law from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
