Thorough understanding of each minute step involved in Patent & Innovation life cycle with hands on experience of working on various aspects of IP. In past, I have handled complex assignments including drafting IP policy & Processes, Patent Monetization, IP Creation, audit, Co-creation & joint ventures, acquisitions, reviewing IP contracts etc.
IP litigations, Oppositions is one of the important dimension of my capabilities. Patent analytics, is my core interest involving studies like Landscape, Technology Scouting, Competitor Benchmarking, Patent Quality Index, patent searches such as Patentability, Infringement, FTO and Invalidation. I have drafted more than 100 patent applications, filed across the globe and have handled plenty of responses to office actions/ hearings . Have been actively involved in strategizing for drafting claims, deciding scope of patents, deciding geographies, Filing Strategies etc. Other than Patent activities, I have been involved in Trademark, copyright, Open Source, innovation & idea generation programs, Collaboration & Open Innovation, IP training & advising etc.

I have completed my Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University with PG Diploma in Patent Management from GIIP, Bangalore. I am a registered Patent Agent of India & well versed with US, European & Indian Patent Statutes. On a profession front, I am an Eloquent, Enthusiastic professional with proven leadership skills. I am goal oriented & like to work in a diverse & challenging environment. Travelling, Reading books, Sport are my hobbies.
