Jithin primarily handles litigation, enforcement, protection and dispute resolution relating to Trade Marks and Copyright. He also advises clients on the availability and registration of Trade Marks, prosecution of Trade Mark applications, opposition and rectification proceedings as well as transactional work, due diligence and opinions on issues pertaining to Trade Marks and Copyright protection. He regularly appears before various District Courts and High Court in connection with the enforcement aspects of Trade Marks and Copyrights. Prior to joining the firm, Jithin worked as an IP litigator before the District Courts and High Court of Delhi.
