I am a transactional lawyer with a practice focused on acquisitions, strategic alliances, private equity, and general corporate/corporate governance advisory work. I act for clients at all stages of transactions – from due diligence exercises and general corporate advisory to transaction documents, negotiations, execution, closing and post closing integrations.

I have a keen interest in data privacy laws and their constant evolution and implementation. Apart from the above, I have also advised on facets of employment law, commercial contracts, information technology and e-commerce related laws, and certain sector specific laws such as healthcare.
