François-Régis Hannart is the Principal Director of European and International Co-operation at the European Patent Office (EPO). He shapes EPO policies, promotes collaboration with Member States and international partners, and oversees the European Qualifying Examination for Professional Representatives (EQE). Previously, he worked at France's INPI for five years, holding the position of Director of Information Systems. He holds Master's Degrees in Economic Science and IT from Paris University.
