Mr. Sharma is the Senior Intellectual Property (IP) Policy Advisor for India and serves as the principal legal advisor on all aspects of IP rights issues for India. Prior to joining U.S. Embassy, he practiced as an IP Attorney. He has a decade and a half of experience working in the field of IP. He earned his LL.B. degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and holds a
Master's degree in chemistry as well.
