Buse Pınar Kaçar, born in Izmir, Turkey in 1978, is a legal professional specializing in corporate law. With a Bachelor of Laws from 9 Eylül University in 2001 and an LL.M. degree from Bilgi University. She established her own law firm in Istanbul, providing consultancy on Foreign Direct Investment in Turkey and Turkish Law for four years.

Transitioning to corporate roles, she served as Corporate Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for leading multinational corporations like Mavi Jeans, Carrefour, GlaxoSmithKline, ING, Ströer, and Abraaj from 2007 to 2018. As General Secretary at Istanbul Bilgi University from 2018 to 2023, she managed administrative operations. 

Presently, she holds the position of Chief Legal Counsel at Hüseyin Bayraktar Investment Holding, providing vital legal counsel and strategic direction. She is also a member of the Board of Directors in several companies.
