Amey Ketkar is Legal Counsel with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS). His primary responsibilities are Intellectual Property Management which includes managing and handling IP portfolio, advising on IP protection and filing strategy, handling IP prosecution and IP infringement / litigation. He started his career in the Legal Profession as an advocate, he has worked with law firms and dealt with variety of IP and non IP matters. Amey holds Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Pune University. He has more than 13 Years’ of experience in IP laws.
