Dr. Alpesh Pathak is the Global IP Head at Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. With over two decades of experience in the field of IP, he is recognized as one of the "Top 50 Global IP Leaders." Dr. Pathak is the author of two highly acclaimed books on patent fundamentals and global patent litigations. At Intas, he oversees a range of IP matters, including due diligence, patent filing, litigation, agreements, and licensing activities. Prior to Intas, Dr. Pathak held prominent positions in leading pharmaceutical companies and holds a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences. He actively contributes as a speaker in numerous IP conferences worldwide.
