Alejandro Menchaca is a Shareholder at McAndrews, specializing in patent, trademark, and related laws. With extensive experience in patent and trademark litigation, prosecution, and opinion work, he focuses on joint development disputes, trademark opposition, ANDA litigation, and counseling.
