Mr. Jacobs is a highly experienced patent lawyer with over 40 years of expertise in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device Patents. He has successfully litigated cases before Federal District Courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission. Notably, he participated in the ITC's first 100 Day Proceeding and invalidated a patent on appeal. Mr. Jacobs is also involved in mediation, serving as a Certified Mediator and participating in both federal court and domestic family matters. He holds degrees from Harvard College and Columbia Law School, and he is affiliated with various professional associations.
