Abhishek specializes in patent enforcement and protection, dispute resolution, and providing opinions on patent validity and infringement. He has extensive experience in pharmaceuticals, medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, and design rights. Abhishek represents clients before the Indian Patent & Design Office, Intellectual Property Appellate Board, High Courts, and Supreme Court. He also handles due diligence, technology transfer, and regulatory aspects in the pharmaceutical field. Before joining his current firm, Abhishek worked as a litigator in a Noida-based law firm.
